Before Your Visit

A few things to keep in mind when coming to our facility.

All pets must be up to date on vaccinations. Please bring proof of vaccination for your first visit.
Dogs should be on a leash and cats in a secure carrier when entering the facility.
Arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment to complete intake paperwork.
Let us know in advance if your pet has any health conditions, allergies, or behavioural concerns.

If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees.

Is parking available?

Yes, metered street parking is available on Harbour Street. There is also a public car park within a 5-minute walk at Kent Street.

Can I tour the facility?

Absolutely. We welcome facility tours during business hours. No appointment necessary, though calling ahead during busy periods is appreciated.

Do you accept walk-ins?

While appointments are preferred, we accommodate walk-ins when space allows. For grooming and training, advance booking is strongly recommended.
