Pet Grooming

Complete grooming service including bath, blow-dry, brush-out, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and breed-appropriate styling. We use premium, pet-safe products suited to your animal's coat type.

Dog Walking

Individual or small-group walks lasting 45-60 minutes. Routes are selected based on your dog's fitness level. Includes water breaks and post-walk report with photos.

Pet Sitting

Day care at our facility or in-home visits while you are at work or running errands. Includes feeding, play sessions, medication administration if needed, and plenty of companionship.

Pet Boarding

Overnight accommodation in our secure, climate-controlled facility. Each pet has their own space with bedding, and receives multiple exercise sessions and social time throughout the day.

What should I bring for a grooming appointment?

Just your pet! We provide all grooming supplies. If your pet uses a specific medicated shampoo, feel free to bring it along. Please ensure your pet has had a bathroom break before arrival.

How far in advance should I book boarding?

We recommend booking at least two weeks ahead, especially during holiday periods. Last-minute requests are accommodated when space allows, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Do you offer meet-and-greet sessions?

Yes. For boarding and sitting services, we encourage a complimentary introductory visit so your pet can familiarise themselves with our facility and staff before their stay.

What happens if my pet needs medication?

Our staff can administer oral medications and apply topical treatments at no extra charge. Please provide detailed instructions and ensure medications are in their original packaging.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee. No-shows are charged in full.
