arc-blaze provides pet care services including but not limited to grooming, dog walking, pet sitting, pet boarding, and pet training. Our services are designed for domestic companion animals and are subject to availability.
Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.
Prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary based on pet size, coat condition, and specific service requirements. Any additional costs will be communicated before service commences.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic funds transfer.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a full charge.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that displays aggressive behaviour, has an untreated contagious condition, or poses a safety risk to our staff or other animals. Pets must be free from fleas, ticks, and other parasites. If parasites are found, treatment may be administered at the owner's expense.
In the event of a medical emergency while your pet is in our care, we will attempt to contact you or your emergency contact. If we cannot reach you, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care at your expense. You authorise arc-blaze to transport your pet to a veterinary clinic and approve reasonable emergency treatment.
arc-blaze takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and wellbeing of pets in our care. However, we cannot guarantee against injury, illness, or death, particularly for pets with pre-existing conditions. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
